About these terms

These terms apply to your use of scaleomedia.com and to services we provide. By using the site or engaging us, you agree to them.

Our services

We provide website design and development, SEO and related digital services. The scope, price, timeline and deliverables for each project are set out in a written quote or agreement, which takes priority over these general terms.

Quotes and payment

• Website projects are normally paid in two parts, half to start and half before launch
• Monthly services are billed in advance each month
• Prices are in US dollars unless the quote says otherwise
• Late payments may pause work until the balance is settled

Client responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information, timely feedback and the access we need. Delays in feedback may move delivery dates.

Ownership

Once you have paid in full, you own the website content and design we create for you. We keep the right to use general know-how, and we may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Third party tools and plugins keep their own licences.

No guarantee of rankings

Search engines and AI tools decide rankings and results. We cannot promise a position, traffic level or number of enquiries. We promise to carry out the agreed work with reasonable skill and care.

Cancellation

Monthly SEO plans have a minimum of three months and can then be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Fixed-price projects can be cancelled before completion, and work done up to that point remains payable.

Limit of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or lost profit losses.

Governing law

The governing law and jurisdiction will be set out in your written agreement. These general terms will be updated with our registered business details before launch.
